Workflow Lockdown

This feature is only available to subscribers of Meridian Cloud for Life Sciences.

The Workflow Lockdown functionality provides additional security to our Life Sciences customers by preventing unauthorized changes by users.

• For customers where the workflow lockdown setting is enabled, and the document type is Facility, Transmission, or some type derived from these document types, OR document types where an e-signature is required, the following functionality is not allowed:
  
  • Quick Change
  • Attaching a Rendition
• For customers where the workflow lockdown setting is enabled, and the document type is Facility, Transmission, or some type derived from these document types, AND an e-signature is required, workflow shortcuts are disabled.
