The behavior of the Apply, OK, and Cancel buttons in the property editing dialog of the AutoCAD link is not intuitive and can be confusing. This is due to a technical limitation, not a bug. The result is that the Apply and OK buttons work identically and save any changes made to the properties and the Cancel button closes the dialog. This is different from the behavior of the link in an on-premises system where the Apply button saves changes but leaves the dialog open, the OK button saves changes and closes the dialog, and the Cancel but discards any changes and closes the dialog. This issue is expected to be resolved in a future release. For more information, see Edit Properties In AutoCAD.
