Background
Under some conditions, the Chrome browser does not refresh its cache of some files that are newer on the web server, particularly JavaScript and CSS files used by PowerWeb.
Description
This can occur when the web server is upgraded to a newer version of Meridian. The result can be a strange appearance or behavior or data seemingly missing from PowerWeb.
To resolve this issue:
- Log out of PowerWeb
- Clear the browser's cache and close the browser.
- Re-open the browser and log back in to PowerWeb.
