Facility Document type available even when disabled

Background

Document types can be disabled by Tenant Administrators for specific project types as described in Manage Document Types.

Description

If the Facility Document type is disabled for a project type and the default document type set to a different document type, it is still possible for users to create documents of the Facility Document type. This issue is expected to be resolved in a future release.
