The default view in PowerWeb is the rendition, not the source document.
Note:
- You may only view documents that reside in folders for which you have been granted the View Content privilege.
- To view documents with PowerWeb, you must also have the Copy Outside Vault privilege to download the document as read-only to your local workspace.
To view the rendition:
In the view bar, click the View Rendition icon
.
To show the rendition in a full-size window:
- In the Document ribbon, in the Rendition group, click Show Rendition.
To open the rendition in its default application:
In the Edit ribbon, in the Upload/Download group, in the Download Document pull-down, click Open Rendition.
