The following issues have been fixed and improvements made to existing functionality in build 5.4.16. Some of these changes might not yet be available in your tenancy. They might also be components of features yet to be released in the future. Contact your Accruent account manager to discuss how these changes can affect you.
The Documentation Editors group has been added to the Asset Viewer role described in Documentation scope roles to enable members to link documents of the Generic Document type to asset tags as described in Linking documents to a tag.
The audit log can now be filtered and exported as described in Auditing Portal activity.
Fixed an issue that could prevent custom properties from being populated during import of a batch of documents with the Apply for all other documents of this type option enabled.
Custom properties may now be configured for the Generic Document type as described in Managing custom properties. They may now be added as search fields for the Documentation branch in Explorer as described in Configuring the advanced search page.
The Area, Unit, System, OrganizationDescription, and ReleasePurpose properties may now be disabled if not needed as described in Managing custom properties.
The system notification messages sent to tenant administrators now contain the affected tenant name and additional information about the causing event.
A new navigation view Facility Breakdown is available that organizes documents by the Facility classification properties Region, Plant, Area, Unit/Floor, and System/Room.
Asset references may now be imported with documents of the Generic Document type as described in Importing with packages.
A new standard document property page Periodic Review has been added that contains properties that can be set to schedule annual reviews of documents as described in Scheduling periodic reviews. A new navigation view Documents up for periodic review is available that lists the scheduled documents.
Minor improvements to the text shown in online and email system status notifications.
