The following issues have been fixed and improvements made to existing functionality in build 5.3.4. Some of these changes might not yet be available in your tenancy. They might also be components of features yet to be released in the future. Contact your Accruent account manager to discuss how these changes can affect you.

• MPS-18181
  It is now possible to send a package to a group of recipients as well as to a specific recipient.
• MPS-18270, MPS-21152
  New properties Content Reviewed By, Content Reviewed On, Content Approved By, and Content Approved On have been added to the Process Information group on the Details property page of documents of the Facility Document type in PowerWeb and Explorer. The properties are set automatically by the system when documents are reviewed and approved in Meridian Portal. The visibility and mandatory input of the properties can be set by a tenant administrator in Meridian Portal account settings. The existing Created By and Created On properties have been renamed to Original Created By and Original Created On, respectively.

  Workflow actions that affect a document's revision number now respect the configuration options set in Meridian Portal as described in Configuring the revision number syntax.
• MPS-20734
  Input validation of the Sheet Count property has been improved.
