The following bugs have been fixed and improvements made to existing functionality in build 5.1.14.  Some of these changes might not be available in your tenancy. Contact your Accruent account manager to discuss how these changes can affect you.

• MPS-15484, MPS-15485
  A user with the Tenant Administrator role may now disable unused identity providers to standardize the logon process for users. Changes to the authentication settings are now also logged in the audit history.
• MPS-16119
  A new global group named Tenant Administrators has been added. This change has the following effects on existing security configurations:
  
  • Adding a user to the Account Configurators group also automatically grants them the Tenant Administrator role.
  • Members of the Account Configurators group that do not have the Tenant Administrator role, will be automatically removed from the group so that the members do not receive the role without a Tenant Administrator's knowledge. The members may then be reassigned to the group as described above.
  • Users with the Tenant Administrator role will automatically become members of the Account Configurators group.
• MPS-16660, MPS-16664
  Data validation errors that occur during hierarchical lookup imports no longer cause popup (toast) messages but are still shown in the progress dialog box.
