Meridian Cloud is the cloud platform on which Meridian PowerWeb, Meridian Explorer, Meridian Portal, and Meridian Analytics runs. Meridian Cloud is software as a service (SaaS) designed for small to medium size facility owner/operators with industry standard document control processes.
Meridian Cloud is not full-featured Meridian hosted in the cloud nor is it co-located Meridian Enterprise. Meridian Cloud is based on Meridian Enterprise core functionality and configured to meet specific use cases. Compared to Meridian PowerWeb and Meridian Explorer running on-premises (Meridian Enterprise platform), Meridian Cloud is much less configurable.
All of the configuration that is possible for Meridian Cloud is available to Meridian Cloud account administrators through the Meridian Portal account settings, many of which are shared between Portal, PowerWeb, and Explorer. All configurable features are described at Managing your Meridian Cloud account. Meridian Enterprise features that do not have counterparts described at the preceding link are not user-configurable in Meridian Cloud.
