Unlink Tags From a Document – Meridian PowerWeb Knowledge Base

Unlinking a tag from a document removes the reference to the tag.

Note:

You must have the Edit Tag Assignments privilege to perform this task and the current document must the be latest revision of the document.

To unlink a tag from a document:

Select the document to which the tag is linked that you want to unlink.
View the tags that are currently linked to the document as described in View Linked Tags. Confirm that the tag that you want to unlink is listed.
Select the tags that you want to unlink and click Unlink. The links are removed immediately and the tags are removed from the list.

Note:
Click the icons in the header row to add or remove all of the tags from your selection.

Note:
Press and hold the Ctrl key while clicking to add or remove tags from your selection. Press and hold the Shift key while clicking to select consecutive tags.
