Global Security Roles – Meridian PowerWeb Knowledge Base

Meridian Cloud provides an array of built-in security roles that are designed to work with the Meridian Cloud vault structure and the tasks that most Meridian Cloud users perform within their organizations. Each Meridian Cloud scope has its own set of roles so that you can grant users different abilities in different areas of the vault and for different types of data.

Note:

PowerWeb user accounts and security roles do not apply within Meridian Portal, which has a separate security model as described in Managing security roles in the Meridian Portal Knowledge Base.

The Tenant Administrator security role is global in scope and affects the entire tenancy. It should only be assigned to trusted and authorized persons for IT related administration tasks like managing groups, ADFS synchronization, and SAML authentication.
